Three is Such a BIG number

Out of my head I say. I just kept trying to not think about it. The process was taking so long and driving us crazy so I just tried not to think about it. Then one day we are told that we are number three on the waiting list. Now it is impossible not to think about it. I can't help thinking that my child is born, waiting for me half way around the world. I need to know, boy or girl, crawling or walking, coke or pepsi. Every time the phone rings the hair on the back of my neck stands up. I can't take it. I know that it is only three but my gosh it is a big three. An impatiant Daddy
